Once more our right to choose is being questioned. Whether or not you personally believe in wearing a helmet or not, you have to believe that is any riders RIGHT to choose whether to wear one or not.  It is not the federal or state governments place to choose for us. This notion extends beyond just helmets.  How would you feel if the government decided that radios/stereos create too much distraction while driving and you are forced to have yours removed?  This is not about helmets, it is about the governments heavy handedness in trying to determine what is best for you and me and then ramming it down our throats.  This is the behaviour of a socialist country and last time I checked, we live in America.
